This Consent and Release form indicates acceptance that the Rising Star Finalist, hereby referred to as "Student", accepts the status as a Top 3 Finalist in The Challenge Program, Inc.’s competition.

Acknowledgement We release The Challenge Program, Inc., its representatives, employees, managers, members, officers, and directors, from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the publication in print or digitally of the announcements, interview, and photos. This includes, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights. We acknowledge and agree that no sums whatsoever will be due to the student named above due to the use of the print or digital publications, or any rights therein. We acknowledge that we have read this Acknowledgement Release and consent to all of the above and will not contest the rights granted in this Release, and shall assist and support The Challenge Program, Inc. in any, and all legal proceeding for affirmation of this Agreement, should you choose to have a court of law affirm this Agreement. We acknowledge that acceptance of position in the "top 3" means you will be in attendance at our event on April 30th, 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cannonsburg, PA. All monetary awards will be received at this event.
