Nate created a student-led school spirit store at Baldwin High School, proving that one idea really can change your whole school. We are so proud to recognize him for his dedication to his community. 

What We're Looking For

  • Leading or organizing projects that impact the community.
  • Mentoring or supporting younger students.
  • Finding ways to make a lasting difference.

Why It Matters

Community service doesn’t just help others – it builds skills, leadership, and confidence that last a lifetime. This award highlights the students who turn kindness into action.

How Students Enter the Competition

Eligibility: Open to any student (10th – 12th grade) in a TCP-participating school. 

Submission: Students must complete an online entry form through The Challenge Program, Inc. website (Link available when the competition opens).

Selection Process: Entries will be reviewed by TCP staff and/or a small selection committee and top 3 finalists are selected. Finalists are featured on TCP’s social media. Students and the community vote for their favorite. 

The finalist with the most votes is crowned the Commitment to Community Service Award winner and received $1,000 cash.
