Mon Valley CTC Wins First-Ever Coen Markets Cook-Off

Mon Valley Career and Technology Center students took first place in a first-of-its-kind culinary cook-off, competing against Steel Center CTC, Parkway West CTC and Western Area CTC. Presented in partnership with Coen Markets, students were challenged to create dishes on the spot using mystery ingredients under a professional kitchen format.
