On Wednesday, September 28, 2016, the Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association joined The Challenge Program, Inc. and Riggs Industries at Somerset County Technology Center. The PMA filmed our 2016-2017 Kick-off Assembly to highlight the skills gap in manufacturing and how it effects economic and workforce development. The Challenge Program, Inc. and CTC schools across Pennsylvania as well as sponsoring businesses such as Riggs Industries are working to change the perception and mindset of skilled trade opportunities to attract young men and women to the field.
