The Challenge Program, Inc.’s mission is to build sustainable Business/Education partnerships while introducing students to careers in their communities. This partnership contributes to workforce and economic development by motivating students to develop the skill sets required to succeed in school and in their future careers.

The Challenge Program, Inc. carries out its mission of building Business/Education partnerships and motivating high school students through in-school assemblies and ceremonies, and communication between businesses, educators, students.

  • During the 2013/14 school year, the program was presented to approximately 61,000 students in 120 high schools.
