I have recently discovered the importance of school and all that it offers. Before my discovery, I was very average. I did some of my homework, got C averages on test, and just passed school. I had looked at school in the wrong way as a child, and I regret it every day. I did, however, learn a huge lesson in all of my mistakes -- always try harder. In addition, I learned that if I try harder every day, by the end of the year, I will be a totally different person without even noticing. Being recognized for my achievement was the first tangible thing I had to show myself that these new methods worked. Although it may seem like a small gesture on your behalf, it means the world to me.

The Challenge Program provides a vital bridge between schools, businesses, and the young people in our region. The program provides incentives to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to excel in school, and participate in their community. When industry and community unite, a clear message is sent to our young people: we care about them, their education and the path they are taking.

By supporting our program, you will assist us in:

  • Providing awards to students giving them an incentive to excel
  • Expanding our business ambassador network at each school

Educating our young people on local career opportunities and encouraging them to remain in the region and give back to the local communities that supported them
