The Challenge Program, Inc. seeks businesses in all industries to partner with high schools to stress the importance of these categories in one day successfully gaining good, sustaining employment as well as the positive impact the categories have on education and training.
Businesses play an integral role in The Challenge Program, Inc.’s mission. Businesses directly address students introducing them to career opportunities in their own communities and the relevance of Challenge Program award categories as habits employers seek in employees.
In the Fall. Business Partners actively participate in the fall Kick-Off assemblies at each participating school.
During the Year. TCP will facilitate workforce activities between businesses and their schools according to the Workforce Checklist both parties fill out at the beginning of the year. All activities must be approved by school administration.
In the Spring. Graduating seniors who win a Challenge Award are presented their awards. Business representatives and The Challenge Program attend a high school’s pre-scheduled Senior Awards Program, unless other arrangements are requested by the school.
